We are pleased to have completed the refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors of Waterloo House, where both floors have undergone a substantial refurbishment, including replacement of the windows. We are also delighted to have retained the existing occupier, The Training Room, in the building; the 1st floor is now available to let.
