Fleets Corner Business Park provides dedicated onsite estate management where new and existing tenants can speak to our building or property managers during weekday working hours for all estate related enquiries.
As part of this, Fleets Corner Business Park provides onsite manned security 12 hours a day, alongside a high quality site wide remotely monitored PTZ CCTV system.

Building Manager
Tracy is out and about across the Park a lot – making sure everyone is happy with their buildings. She is also responsible for managing contractors on site, including health and safety, reactive and planned tasks. She likes long walks with her dog along the Jurassic coast and dining out in Old Country Pubs with friends.

I have seen Fleets Corner Business Park evolve considerably over the last 40 years working onsite. The site has really moved with the times. We are now home to bath-bomb makers to builders merchants and in the last couple of years we have welcomed occupiers fulfilling the boom in on-line shopping

Craig Powell
Property Manager
Craig leads the property and facilities management team on site and has been working on Fleets Corner since 2015. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial property management and is committed to ensuring that Fleets Corner Business Park continues to drive innovation and use of best practice via constant evolution of operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and people. His role includes ensuring Lease obligations are adhered to, accounting is in order (ie. rent and service charge demands), reviewing occupier’s applications for alterations, approved and documented correctly and liaising with occupiers on queries they may have. In his spare time Craig enjoys spending time on the water, watching motor racing and attending classic car events.
