Happy Homewares have upsized their accommodation at Fleets Corner, by expanding into the 13,105 sq ft Unit G2, adjacent to their existing unit on site. It now occupies 25,000 sq ft at the park. This was the final newly developed warehouse unit at the park available, and with completion of the letting, this 5 unit new build phase totalling 90,000 sq ft phase which achieved practical completion in Q4 2020 is fully let.
